Place an order

If you would like to purchase one of our products, select your product of choice and correct size and click on ‘add to cart’.  To finalize your order, click the ‘view cart’ button to get an overview of your order. To finalize your order, proceed by clicking ‘checkout’ which you’ll find at the bottom right of your screen. You will then be taken to the payment process page where you can fill in your delivery and billing details and choose your method of payment.

Change an order

As soon as you have paid for your order, you can no longer change your order since we process your order immediately after having received it. In some very rare cases, we may not have processed your order yet. Make sure to contact our Customer Care desk at customercare@fox-factor.com immediately to find out if there is a possibility to change your order. In case it is not possible to change your order, you can return you order upon receipt.

Payment methods

Once you have completed your order and are ready to make your payment, we ask you agree to our Terms & Conditions to get redirected to the payment page.

Fox Factor accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
The total will be charged to your credit card once the order has been placed.
We take your online security very seriously. Like most trustworthy websites, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your personal and payment information. All transactions on our website are processed via a secure online payment gateway which means your data is safe and protected.

PayPal:
You can also choose to pay for your purchase with the PayPal service.
Upon confirmation of your purchase, please select “PayPal” as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site.
If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. PayPal is a very safe method of payment. All your purchases are protected by PayPal’s Purchase Protection guarantee. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.

Payments and refunds are invoiced in Euro.

After having placed your order, you will receive confirmation of your order by email.

Returns

At Fox Factor, we find it very important that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home. If you need to send your order back, you have 14 days to do so from the date you received your order.

Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange or return a product, we ask you send an email to customercare@fox-factor.com to request an RMA number. Upon receipt of the RMA number, we request you send the package back to us, at your expense. The item must be sent back in its original condition, original packaging, un-washed and un-worn and must contain all original tags, accompanied by the return/exchange slip.

With this return/exchange slip, please include your name, order number and RMA number. To complete your exchange or return, we also require a proof of purchase.

Any exchanges or returns that do not comply with the above will be denied at the discretion of Fox Factor. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns  sent at different times from one order.

Please be aware that we can exchange the same item for a different size only once.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one.
The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt via e-mail.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It takes a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase.

We do not accept returns on products on products that were not purchased via this website.

Order tracking

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will be notified by email.
This email will contain a tracking number which allows you to track the progress of your package.  You can check the status of your order two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

We offer free worldwide standard delivery.

It takes 1-3 workdays to receive your order in Benelux.
For the rest of Europe, it takes up to 4-7 days to receive your order.
For USA and Canada, it may take up to 9-12 working days to receive your order.
We use Postal service for all our standard deliveries. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Remember, shipments outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We process your order from Monday to Saturday during our service hours. Your purchase will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment.

During holiday season, please keep in mind that the postal services are busier than usual which may result in a slight delay when delivering your order.
