If you would like to exchange or return your purchased item(s), you can do so within 30 days of receipt, FREE OF CHARGE. Fox Factor will accept items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
For an exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all Fox Factor tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned. In-store purchases cannot be returned at fox-factor.com.
EXCHANGES
Not the correct size? Let us know. You have up to 30 days to exchange your item(s) FREE of charge.
Please see above for the condition your clothing must be in when exchanging. Please do not harm your poor clothing! We would like to receive it back in the condition that we have sent it.
How to exchange your order?

4. Follow the instructions provided by our Team.
RETURNS
A returns form will be enclosed with all your orders to make facilitate the return process. Please ensure to fill out and enclose the returns form when returning your item(s) to us.
